Mr. Mahadi, while performing his professional duties, saw widespread irregularities and environmental pollution occurring in the private health sector of Gazipur every day; but government departments and entrepreneurs are indifferent to all these issues! Although several news items have been published in various media on the related issues, no remedy is visible.
Mr. Mahadi was concerned about all these issues and filed a public interest writ petition in the Honorable High Court and in continuation of that, the High Court issued rules and orders.
